Recipe: Sprouted wheat pretzels with raspberry jam

For this reciped we sprouted the wheat using the Go-Sprout
No Rinse Sprouter. The wheat was ground up in the Compact
Juicer with other ingredients such as carraway seeds and
we used the breadstick making attachment, working in small batches
so as to make about 20cm of breadstick at a time which we then
folded into the classic pretzel shape. The pretzels were laid
out on dehydrator trays.
